The air conditioning in the room ran cold, making it uncomfortable at times, and the duvet was smaller than the bed. the fridge and kettle missing from the family room felt like a missed opportunity for added convenience. Lastly, the TV only had German channels with not a single working English option, limiting my entertainment choices.

Consider asking about the breakfast options ahead of time, as they include gluten-free choices that may appeal to dietary needs.

Had an enjoyable stay! The room was spacious for two, and the hot shower was refreshing after a long day. I missed having a kettle to make tea.

I appreciated the location of B&B Hotel Koeln-Ehrenfeld. It was close to our venue, making it convenient for our stay. I experienced issues during check-in when a staff member insisted we pay extra for a family room because of our baby, despite trying to explain our situation multiple times. the air conditioning in the room wasn’t very strong, which made it uncomfortable at times. One more downside was the parking situation. After paying for a spot, I found no available parking upon return late at night due to others using it. That left me scrambling to find street parking. These issues could use some attention to improve guest experience.

I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. the room was large enough for three of us and the air conditioning was efficient, which was a blessing in mid-June. The soundproofing was impressive, and I appreciated that everything was clean and well-kept. the location was a bit of a downside since it was in an industrial area, and we had to walk a bit to find restaurants.
